Small hammer mill brief introduction:

     Small hammer mill breaks the material through the impact force between the high-speed rotating hammers and materials.

    It has the advantages of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. It can be used both for dry and wet forms of crushing, and widely used in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, roads, fuel and other departments, crushing the medium hardness and brittleness materials. The grate gap of hammer crusher can be adjusted according to user different particle size requirements.

 Small hammer mill Working principle:

     The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the 

rotor there are series of hammers. 

   When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with 

high rotation speed are crushing them, the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products; the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being 

re-crushed until they reached the required size.

   

Small hammer mill application:

    Small hammer mill is suitable for mid-hard and light erosive materials, whose pressure resistance strength is no more than 100Mpa and humidity lower than 15%, such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, blocks, limestone, etc.

    This model type crusher is suitable for  both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining,coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and chemical industries. the maximum, compressive resistance of the crushed materials can be up 150Mpa.

 

 Small hammer mill range of application: 

1) Primary and secondary crushing of various materials lower the average hardiness.
